"Are you easy to train?" and other questions to ask a guy
Fun, and serious, questions to ask a guy before you start dating.
Many women make mistakes early in a dating relationship that causes grief to work through later on. Especially if the troubles with the guy don't lead to a break-up because you're so invested in the relationship that you don't want to give up on it, but you feel the guy isn't handling the relationship very well.
To avoid these issues that might appear later on, start with some early questions, maybe after you've met and chatted for a bit. There's never a better time to begin to understand a man than before you're actually dating him and these questions will reveal the type of man he is.
There are two questions that are more important than anything else that you need answers to:
Question #1
Why are you single?
The first question is obvious but the answer isn't always easily evident. Notice that you don't ask "if you're single" but "Why you're single". This involves a much more detailed answer form the guy and you can continue along this line of questioning for quite a while. Just follow the lead of his answers. Try to wedge in why he broke up with his last girlfriend and how often he sees or talks to his mother too.
Question #2
Are you easy to train?
This is more of a fun question but the answers are deadly serious. How will he treat you as the relationship (if there is to be one) progresses? Is he willing to please you or expecting you to do all the relationship heavy lifting?
Additional questions along this line include:
What does romance mean to you?
What would be your ideal holiday?
If you were a character in a movie who would you be?
What is your favorite day of the week?
How would you describe yourself in a personal ad?
When you were a child what was your favorite thing to do?
I'm sure that you can think of other personality type questions but it's always to have a set list of questions to ask a guy because as you get different answers you will become more familiar with how different personality types answer the questions.
